Restriction digests of the clone give the following sizes (kb): EcoRI/HindIII--2.8, 2.15, 1.95; EcoRI--4.8, 2.15; HindIII--7.0; BamHI--7.0; PstI--4.05, 2.8; consistent with deposited DNA. RFLPs were observed under normal conditions of hybridization and washing. Enzyme(s) not detecting polymorphism: none detected. |
